Doorsteads showing process for the condo I wanted to rent was pretty easy, my application was approved and I was able to move into the unit a few weeks after.
They were ok-ish. They took at least 15 days to fix any issue, so I wouldn’t recommend them if you end up living in an older house, like I was. They also take a considerable amount of time to answer any request or email, so don’t expect them to be helping you if you have an urgent situation.

This has been a wonderful experience. Things moved quickly and smoothly once we found our new home. The responsiveness is excellent. The communication with our Tenant Success Coordinator, Ivy, was amazing. I got a quick response to all my emails. I would recommend Doorstead to everyone and I would use them again if for some reason we had to move.
Eugene always make sure that all my requests are taken care. Very helpful with letting me know when deliveries were going to be made and when the repairman would be arriving. Eugene is the goto man.
