I will say, it was a little odd seeing an apartment up on here when it wasn't available, but KEEP CHECKING BACK!! If they say check back next week, do it!! All the other places tried up selling us but when we checked back with doorstead, it actually was available! And this was by far the easiest aquiring of an apartment we've ever had. They are SO easy to work with and are so responsive! Thank you, doorstead!
We have 2 dead trees, and one of them fell on the roof that has a power line near it, in our backyard. We did a report and got a response back the next day from the management. All the process between the management, the vendor and the landlord took within a week. The vendor completed the task well and we are happy with the results and how quickly the management took care of everything.
Doorstead has an awesome guarantee. They guaranteed to lease my property for $3000 a month and leased it for less but will still pay me the guarantee.
I went through Doorstead as they are the property managers for the condo I wanted to rent. Application process was smooth and efficient. They were great answering my questions and walking me through the process. This review is for the application and lease signing process only as I have not moved in yet.
Doorstead is the property manager of the home I rented. They respond to me via email or text in a very timely manner. From the lease agreement to the maintenance of the property we rented they helped us along the way. I highly recommend Doorstead.

Doorstead manages the condo we are renting. They are professional, courteous and efficient. Great experience. We recently had a plumbing issue. We notified them and they got it fixed promptly while working with the owners and the plumbing company.
