Dr. Jacono saw me on an emergency basis after an extensive Mohs procedure. He and his staff made me feel very relaxed during this difficult and unexpected period. He expained in total detail what was going to be done and then proceeded to reconstruct my nose. I first came to Dr. Jacono's office with huge crevices and disfigurations of my face resulting from the Moh's surgery necessary to remove widespread skin cancer. My Moh's surgeon reassured me that Dr. Jacono was "a magician" who had the skill to restore my face to its original state. Her description couldn't have been more accurate. Dr. Jacono did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty. During my consultation he explained the procedure and what I should expect. He made me feel very comfortable that he was capable of the results I expected. During my recovery phase, Dr. Jacono and his staff were very comforting and supportive. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. My nose is exactly what I was looking for. Its very subtle and natural looking, no one even knows I had it done. Im very happy with my results and would refer anyone to him.

Very good doctor and staff. Had very little pain and no scarring after procedure. He is an expert at what he does and he gives back to needy children and donates his time to help children with cleft palet. He performs free surgery to these kids and that says something about a good doctor. He also sends you flowers after the procedure. I would gladly recommend him.

I decided at the age of 58 that it was time to fix the drooping jawline. I had read about Dr Andrew Jacono and went to see him in his Great Neck office. Dr. Andrew Jacono changed my life! I did not think my nose would ever look so PERFECT!! He is an incredibly talented, skilled surgeon.I wanted a revision rhinoplasty so badly but kept reading about how much more difficult of a procedure it is than a primary due to the fact that there is alot of scar tissue and less cartilage to work with. Dr. Jacono recently fixed my deviated septum, straightened my nose, and shaved down a bump on the bridge of my nose. I couldn't be happier with the results and it is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Jacono is patient and answered all my questions confidently. I would recommend him to anyone looking for rhinoplasty.

I went to Dr. Jacono for a second revision rhinoplasty. It is around 8 months since the surgery, and I am very happy with the results. He said it wouldn't be perfect since this is a 2nd revision, but it's pretty close to perfect. His staff is very nice. The surgery went well and I was not in a lot of pain afterwards (I was ok with extra strength Tylenol). I was a little hesitant before going under the knife but after viewing a view of Dr. Jacono's videos on YouTube I was very impressed with his accomplishments and was confident enough to move forward. I'm glad I did. Not only do I look amazing but I feel great. It's not exactly like I'm hiring someone to paint my house, this is my face we are talking about. Dr. Jacono is hands down the number one plastic surgeon in NYC.
