I am 66 years old. I wanted to improve my jawline and neck. Dr. Jacono had done my lower lid surgery over 10 years ago and the result was beautiful and still is. This was the first time I considered something like this. At first, I was very uncomfortable with the thought of getting cosmetic surgery, however Dr. Jacono made this a very positive experience. This is an excellent facility with fantastic staff. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. I was made to feel very comfortable and never had any anxiety about the procedure. I felt my awful neck made my whole self look old. Dr. Jacono assured me I would look 100% better, and not look like I had surgery done, but that I would just look amazing. He was right! He believes in "less is more", and he is a wonderful doctor and humanitarian. One of the reasons I was initially impressed with him, was the work that he does for children with deformities. Dr. Jacono is a true gem, nothing short of amazing. From the initial consultation, the day of surgery, and the post op visits, he has been absolutely wonderful and extremely caring. Very professional.i am satisfied with the result The effect of lift is what I expect on the lifting. The procedure is smooth and recovery is quick. I can see the previous dropping mouth corner are lifted in a nature way. Still I. 1.5 month post procedure. Scars are mostly flattened. 70 % lump gone.

My nose never bothered me until I was old enough to realize how crooked it was. Beside for having a deviated septum, at the age of 7, I was hit in the nose with a hard ball which altered my nose for the worse. i went to Dr Jacono to have a refresh look but i never knew this Dr was so great , trustworthy that makes you feel comfortable, he explains and listens. never regret my decision in coming to his office.. im so happy of my outcome and very thankful of Dr Jacono.. Great decision ever with the best dr. I feel very happy to see the big improvement made. Dr jacono made a dream come true will continue with his advice and treatments in his office the best.
