I had an endoscopic browlift with Dr. Jacono. I am very unhappy with the results. I see others from this site have had the same poor results. I would have posted a review a while back had I know that others had experienced the same. I thought this was a one time thing - bad day but I see this is not the case. Dr Jacono raised my brows over the orbital bone which gave me a surprised look and odd surprised look. I went on a couple of consultations for a correction and had a correction since but I'm not sure it is corrected. Th... read more

In addition, I have had several more procedures (rev. rhino, bleph, cheek implants, etc.) with Dr. Jacono over the past 3 years. He has been nothing but attentive, compassionate and dedicated to my care. With every procedure he demonstrated his tremendous skill and attention to detail. All of my procedures went well with no infections and minimal scarring. The recovery process was quicker than I expected which I attribute to following his recommendations and taking the supplements that he provided.

During my consultation I expressed the importance of being discrete about my surgery. I didn't want anyone to know or notice I had my upper lids done. Dr. Jacono assured me I would be picture perfect in 2 to 3 weeks. I only told a few people I was having surgery so I was curious as to what people would say to me that didn't know I was going in. Would they notice? Would they comment? In my mind I thought the best compliment would be the one that I didn't get. I just wanted to look the same but refreshed. Of course I wanted to... read more

I had a lower bleph because I didn't like the bags I was getting under my eyes. I always looked tired even though I had plenty of sleep. I now have the whites showing below my iris and I didn't have this issue before. My eyes are misshapen. My outer lower lids are pulled down at the corner and they look like droopy eyes. My eyes look totally different now. I now have scarring below both of my eyes. About a half an inch long. He injected steroids into the scars and they flattened out but they never went away. My eyes are alwa... read more

This Doctor told me he would do a very non invasive surgery which would be very subtle and give me a refreshed look. He said it would take a very short time to recover. When I woke up alarmed immediately after surgery it was because I was totally swollen beyond belief as he proceeded to cruelly say, "Sweetheart, stop it ! I just ripped the all muscles off the bones of your face. This will take a while to heal" I now have extreme nerve damage, asymmetry, cannot eat without getting food stuck in between the top of my gumline a... read more

I had a Lower Bleph w/Fat Transfer 4 years ago along with an Endoscopic Brow Lift. This has proven to be one of the biggest regrets of my life. Jacono was extremely aggressive and took too much skin from under my eyes and now I have what is called scleral show, the whites of my eyes are now more prominent where as I didn't have this problem before surgery. This is a major problem for me because I can not close my eyes properly and now I have dry eye disease. Every month I spend a ton of money for medication to help me with t... read more

I have dreamed of having rhinoplasty for over 25 years but never was able to - either because of money or uncertainty or shifting priorities over the years etc. I recently hit the point where I couldn't stand hating what I saw everytime I looked in the mirror or at a photo of myself anymore. My selfconciousness affected me every day and I made the decision to just go for it and make a change. I searched around for a while looking for someone who had lots of experience and expertise. I found Dr. Jacono in NY, and although it ... read more

I've had 3 surgeries with Dr Jacono and they have all been bad. The first one where he took a significant amount off the length of my nose without consent was followed by my nose collapsing. I just had the 3rd surgery where he was supposed to lenghthen my nose, even out the sides and fix the are that was collapsed has left me with more uneveness on one side and the length is not even noticeably longer.

Ever since I was very young (around 7) I can remember disliking the appearance of my nose from the side; specifically, the large hump that grows even larger when I smile. I grew increasingly more ambivalent towards a nose job as I got older. Sometimes I would absolutely decide to get one. Other times I would tell myself no, my future children won't look like me, I won't know who I am anymore, etc. My dad had mirrors in his bathroom that could be adjusted in such a way so I could see myself the way other people saw me (instea... read more
