Really bad facelift and neck lift. Serious nerve damage . Dismissive DR I had a face lift and am now so self conscious on how I look. Worse than this I have disabling nerve damage. I went to being a vibrant ,active person to have head and neck pain so badly nothing will help .

He ruined my life. 10 years post op and I am too afraid to see another doctor because of the traumatic experience I had with Andrew Jacono. I regret everyday since he botched my surgery. He is so unskilled, he actually caused severe nerve damage while performing a rhinoplasty.

Staff was very dismissive of me. I wrote back 4 times asking about a consult alone! Eventually heard back that he can’t help me find another surgeon. Maybe they assumed I couldn’t pay the base 60k. jokes on them because I could pay for me and a few friends.

I had done a revision before. So this was my third. Problems started immediately after removing the cast, which he wasn’t even there for. It’s just bad. Looked better before. Breathing is worst. I really regret it.

The outcome was not good at all as you can see. I did go back to his office and waited for 1 to see him in the waiting room and then another hour in the patient room. He came in said everything looked great. I told him that the stitches came out behind my ears and he said "isn't that a good thing?". And I said no my neck is still wrinkled. In all, he spent about one minute with me and then left.

After menopause, my neck and jawline sagged tremendously. I spent a lot of money to have a neck lift with Dr. Jacono - as he was supposed to be the best. At first, the results looked good although I wasn't too happy with the bunched skin behind my ears. But, I accepted it as part of the procedure. After about six months, the bunched skin disappeared and the skin behind my ears was smooth again. I soon realized why. The stitches that were put there to pull the loose skin taught had come out. I have freckles, brown spots, wrinkles and cherry angiomas, so I decided to add co2 laser to my other procedures I was having done while I was numb anyway... that was almost a year ago, but it did not work... I never pealed more than anyone normally sheds skin. Anyway, to make up for it my surgeon told me to do some V beam treatments. He said that would take care of my issues. I've now ha 2 of these treatments. They told me it takes 3-4 treatments to fix these issues so I'm being patient. It doesn't really hurt when they do ... read more

Something is definitely off with this doctor and his staff. His prices have increased drastically within the last year (I was quoted less than a year ago a mini face lift starts at $30k and rhinoplasty starts at $9k, and today I was quoted $50k as the starting price for "any skin tightening procedure" and and additional $25k for a rhinoplasty). Also the consultation fee went up to $500 (and for skype consult only - paid in full when booking) when less than a year ago it was $400, of which only $200 had to be paid when bookin... read more
