Terrible. It was beautiful. Honestly, I liked my reflection pre-surgery. I was quite confident. I was only insecure in photographs at certain angles and just wanted to tweak my appearance to be more photogenic. And now I look strange, plastic, scary. I can’t stand my reflection now. I am so excited to be having a Deep Plane Facelift, Temporal Lift, Bullhorn Lip Lift and Neck Lift in a little over a week! 1 star is too much to give for this doctor. You should read the other bad reviews they sound frighteningly like my experience I am living with the irreparable mess he has made of my face through. Unfortunately, there is no where to hide my face and I feel uncomfortable every day walking outside. I no longer see my friends because I look like different person. I called the office of Dr Andrew Jacono, whom I had found on social media, not on a personal recommendation. His office staff informed me that he was booked for months, but that I could arrange a phone (Skype) interview, for $300 which needed to be "secured" with a credit cared. I was not comfortable with the phone consultation idea, but I was continually reassured that the "world renowned" doctor who was in "incredible high demand," did this all the time. Do not get a rhinoplasty by dr Jacono. It’s been 11 months and my nose is bumpy, twisted and ugly. Left side profile and right side profile are not the same. I have a big indentation on the top right side. He makes you wait 2 to 4 hours to see him for fallow up md only spends 3 min with you telling you thAt your going to be fine and wait 1 year. I am super disappointed that I paid 19k to remove my bump and got a many more problem. If anyone knows of a very good revision specialist please let me know.
In 2011 I had my first rhinoplasty with another NYC Park Avenue plastic surgeon. The surgery was supposed to correct my deviated septum and refine my bulbous tip. While the procedure left my nose noticeably slimmer, it did not straighten my septum and instead introduced another set of problems – a droopy tip that made my nose appear too long, a pinched tip, yet still somehow meaty and unrefined, a bump on the bridge of the nose where it curved to the left, a pollybeak deformity and a hanging columella. Okay. So I originally got a jaw augmentation with Dr. Jacono in '14 that I loved, but this time around was different. I had a skin pinch, ptosis repair, and under eye fat grafting procedure done in October. For reference, I didn't even seek out a second consultation because I trusted him so much from before- he was going based off pictures I sent him.
