Extraordinary work - he made me look 15 years younger I did a deep plane facelift, a necklift, a temporal lift, open rhinoplasty and liplift. Botched neck lift - I look deformed and unnatural Terrible job on necklift. I look deformed. Looked 1000x better before, a bit of loose skin but not deformed and unnatural. This is after multiple procedures with him to fix his errors, all in same area and all botched, where for each one he keeps saying for 6+ months that all issues will go away in another 6 months and then they never do. My tip is still droopy, lacks definition - need another revision I came to see Dr. Jacono for a revision rhinoplasty. He had me bring in tons of pictures to show him what I wanted. When the cast came off, it was nothing like the photos he made me bring in. I told him I did not like how my tip was not defined and too wide, my nose drooped and flopped to the side when my head was tilted (due to lack of cartilage). Consultation review: do not recommend I had a consultation scheduled with Dr. Jacono months in advance and fly from Los Angeles to New York specifically to see him. The changed the time from 5 pm to 6 pm the night before. I had to change my plans to accommodate it. On the day of the consultation I was waiting to be seen for 30 min with no one paying any attention. I've been following Dr. Jacono for a while & was super excited to reach out for a consultation and was so disappointed after not hearing back for months a secretary finally responded saying the Dr. would not be interested in taking my case and when I wrote back asking for a little bit more information as to why I would not be a candidate she ignored my email. This is what my face and neck looks like now.. My chin and neck have huge scars... Upper lip peel did nothing to remove lines, just went dark. Face is hanging low. .. My neck looks like I have lumps or tumors.. 1 year later... I waited.. I was instructed to get cortisone shots and wait.. Now he won't even return my call. 50,000k later .. Really bad facelift and neck lift. Serious nerve damage . Dismissive DR I had a face lift and am now so self conscious on how I look. Worse than this I have disabling nerve damage. I went to being a vibrant ,active person to have head and neck pain so badly nothing will help .
He ruined my life. 10 years post op and I am too afraid to see another doctor because of the traumatic experience I had with Andrew Jacono. I regret everyday since he botched my surgery. He is so unskilled, he actually caused severe nerve damage while performing a rhinoplasty.
