I am a 58 year old male. Dr Jacono performed a deep plane facelift, brow lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery. I really can’t express what an amazing result Dr Jacono achieved for me. Stay away from this doctor. He ruined my face. I am not alone. Others have suffered from his hands. He should not be a plastic surgeon. I would question many of his reviews. Ask them for pictures. My face is lopsided. I have to have Botox ever 3 mo the to try and keep my brow down. One side of my mouth is higher. I have pulled skin on one side that is higher than the other. Stay away is my advice.

Had a facelift and eye lift. Not great. Lots of bruising initially. A year later still extremely uncomfortable feeling in neck. Also have redness on sides of neck and loss of pigment in middle of neck. Looks as if I tried to hang myself. Also still have numbness along sides of my face. I feel ax if I have nerve damage. Very distracting for me each day. Also had to wait 2 hours at each follow up appointment. Not nice.

I had liquid rhinoplasty done and the result lasted 1 week when it should last from 6-12 months. Enough filler was used and he assured me my nose would stay the way it did after leaving his office. The area is still numb 7 months afterwards and after 1 week my hump was visible again (liquid rhino is specifically used for side humps). I am really concerned that the tissue was traumatized. Spent a lot of money and did not get any results

After searching for doctors who performed liquid rhinoplasty, I went for Dr. Andrew Jacono because when calling the office (Manhattan) they told me they would charge me $500 and my other option was going to NJ for the same price. I got treated at his Great Neck office. After talking he said my side hump was perfect for this procedure. After the procedure which took 5 minutes they pressured me to have photos taken for their use and got angry when I refused. Very nice sweet doctor. Instantly felt comfortable with him and trusted him. Very smart and knew what I needed to do as for a treatment to get the results I was looking for. However, I wasn't fond of the staff. Front desk and esthetician. I worked in the spa world for 10 years so I know what to expect. Front desk doesn't even say hi when you walk in. I had tire looking eyelids and very sagging jawline. I had a double chin and many wrinkles around my eyes. I've taken much sun at the beach in my lifetime which I'm sure contributed to some premature wrinkling. I was not feeling very confident about myself so I decided I wanted to get a facelift!....It was time.

Where should I even start??!! I've always hated my chin.... For years.... I hated my profile... Always felt like I had a very small chin and a big forehead... Just had a chin implant put in on Monday also had liposuction on chin and neck area.... I really don't know how I feel about my results. At this point I'm praying it's just the swelling because I am not happy.
