After searching for doctors who performed liquid rhinoplasty, I went for Dr. Andrew Jacono because when calling the office (Manhattan) they told me they would charge me $500 and my other option was going to NJ for the same price. I got treated at his Great Neck office. After talking he said my side hump was perfect for this procedure. Very nice sweet doctor. Instantly felt comfortable with him and trusted him. Very smart and knew what I needed to do as for a treatment to get the results I was looking for. However, I wasn't fond of the staff. Front desk and esthetician. I worked in the spa world for 10 years so I know what to expect. Front desk doesn't even say hi when you walk in. I had tire looking eyelids and very sagging jawline. I had a double chin and many wrinkles around my eyes. I've taken much sun at the beach in my lifetime which I'm sure contributed to some premature wrinkling. I was not feeling very confident about myself so I decided I wanted to get a facelift!....It was time.
Where should I even start??!! I've always hated my chin.... For years.... I hated my profile... Always felt like I had a very small chin and a big forehead... Just had a chin implant put in on Monday also had liposuction on chin and neck area.... I really don't know how I feel about my results. My life has been ruined by this doctor. I had a facelift with this doctor and he did a terrible job. I t took a while for me to notice how bad a job due to the swelling. He left me with asymmetry, pulled the sides of my face back but not my cheeks and they have fallen forward. When I talk I look like I have marionette lines-it is obvious I had a bad facelift. I've been getting great fillers for years by a great doc, but unfortunately she got sick and I had to go to someone else. That was the biggest mistake I ever made. Dr. Jacono doesn't care about the way you look or what you say. He doesn't take his time nor is he a perfectionist, as he should be! All he cares about is making money. Terrible experience, so many issues. Nose is crooked, bridge is overly flattened, has been narrowed significantly, bridge is uneven with bone sticking out. It's also smaller than what we discussed and there's an absolute disconnect from my bridge and my nostrils. It makes no sense. I'm distraught and I regret it EVERY SINGLE DAY. I had a facelift with dr jacono. I am regretful that I did. I am left with much asymmetry. My cheeks see to have fallen toward my nose. I have what a another doctor characterized as rippling of my skin. The skin was pulled like a purse string is what they describe. I went to him because he had some great reviews. It wasn't until now that I seen all the bad reviews. I should've done a little more research. I had restylane in my cheeks done by another doctor. I didn't like the results and wanted to have it dissolved. I figured I could have it dissolved and start all over with a good doctor.
