I had a fantastic experience with Dr de Silva, he is a real gentleman his bedside manner is second to none . I had Bleph with fat transfer I am so pleased with my outcome, that tired look has completely gone and it seems to be getting even better with time. Dr De Silva is a very rare kind of surgeon and one I didn't expect to find! A gentleman with amazing skill, vision and integrity plus he really listens to what you are hoping to achieve. He then explains what is possible, and everything that is linked to any procedures, as his care and attention to detail is outstanding. The team and aftercare is second to none, my recovery was smooth and my results very natural. I can't find the words to recommended Dr De Silva highly enough.

Got exactly what I asked for, a natural looking result. I would recommend Dr. Julian De Silva in a heartbeat! If I am looking for anything else done in the future I know I already have the surgeon who I know I would feel happiest with.

Fantastic surgeon, could not be happier with the results. I had upper and lower eye lid surgery. I had twilight sedation which was excellent, did not feel a thing and felt like I'd had a great sleep. No side effects whatsoever. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I chose Dr De Silva . Would highly recommend Dr De Silva to anyone considering facial surgery.
