Over all everything was really nice, quite and the down town to Missouri was very assessable walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful no complaint there. As for the cleanliness of the place everything was clean except that in the room we stayed somebodies underwear was left hanging behind the bathroom door, which I thought was kinda gross, I mean it's nothing out of this world not like we haven't seen underwear but I would not want have seen them hanging there, thankfully they looked somewhat clean... read more

There was hair on sink & toilet. There was absolutely NO SOAP!! There was lotion & 1 bar & face wipe. 😐

Disgruntled about deposit Hotel was nice staff was okay check in was not very smooth as was hidden charges for extra deposit not listed on your website was supposed to drop off immediately upon check out two days later and we still haven't dropped off of my bank account

We had a king size room and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is one of the largest I’ve ever seen in a single room. Very clean and the staff were all so polite. We will absolutely stay here again.
