La chambre n'était pas terrible, le lit pas confortable et il n'y avait pas de lait no de sucre pour le café. Au prix de la chambre, on se serait attendu à meiux.

We had a ground floor unit and the people above had a dog running across the floor at night. We had to have two plumbing issues fixed. No maid service after the first night. This feels like a very old and tired hotel.

Muy costosa no habia ni una botella de agua en el cuarto ni plancha la alfombra olia o Horrible cuesta lo mismo que la noche en un hotel de 4 estrellas y es un hotel super pequeño antiguo muy desepcionada

Cleaning services occurred once in seven days. We asked for additional towels twice during stay (only 2 were available for 4 people), cleaning crew took our extra towels and left only 2 on cleaning day. Parking is very tight. Guest laundry machine (yes, just one) was broken while we were there. AC was loud and only worked properly if it was turned down to 65 degrees.
Smelly.

I requested a room with a balcony.‘o was out on the first floor wirh a wooden fence blocking the view of the mountains. We were one of 3 other guests and there were plenty of rooms available. Disappointing to say the least for the price.

Central location, convenient. Property was quite dirty.

Shower leaked everywhere, there was no phone in the room to the front deak and the room had a bad pet smell. Overall it was clean and staff was friendly.
