We found a dead moth in the bedding and a dead cockroach in the shower

We are so sorry to hear about the critters that tried to find refuge in your room from Arizona heat and the monsoon activity. We are very proactive in our spraying to keep the pesky little critters out. Obviously, the spraying did kill them, but it would have been better if they had died prior to finding entrance. Again, we apologize, and we will continue to work on this issue.
First mistake booked it through Hotels.command it wasn’t at all good I give it a 1star!! Construction going on !!! Parking terrible. Room filthy!!! Worst hotel in the area!!!

Just say no The room was definitely not worth the cost. Dirty behind furniture, one bed sounded like a metal box and two of the pillows smelled of vomit. Gross!!! Also not enough towels left and the towels were rough enough to exfoliate while drying. I would not recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms in advace, requesting rooms next to each other. When we arrived we were on completely separate floors. We were informed that when the rooms were booked we intentionally booked one upstairs and one downstairs, even though the reservation clearly stated 2 rooms next to each other. This was disappointing but manageable. What really left us in shock was the amount of cockroaches that were EVERYWHERE! Not worth the money Place is pretty bad. Less than a Motel. Price was high for what we got. Place needs some serious TLC. Bed was uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
