Sean really came through for me when I realized I needed a second home inspection and our inspection period was about to expire. He managed to make it to the house the very next day after I called him, and gave us a really clear and thorough report so that we could make an informed decision. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and without any hesitation took the time to answer all of my questions after the inspection was done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector!
Our home inspection by Sean Garvey was detailed, professional, friendly and most importantly for us, educational. Dwell Inspect Arizona is a very customer-focused company. Something you don't often find in the service industry today. We will recommend Dwell Inspect to all our neighbors and friends.
Sean was very accommodating, informative and thorough. He went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us. Answered all our questions. He had our best interest in mind. He inspect a home for us a few days ago and owners were home which made it a little difficult. Felt like they were looking over our shoulders a little bit. However, Sean was professional and did his job well even under those circumstances. Would recommend him to family and friends and trust him again in the near future.
