I have used Dwell to inspect several homes for my clients. The reports are very thorough and the inspectors always take the time necessary to make sure my clients questions are answered. As an agent, their system allows me to complete a very detailed repair request list in just a few minutes. I highly recommend Dwell.
Working with Sean was by far one of the most educational experiences I've had. This was my first time going trough an inspection and the first time buying a home on my own.
