Sean at Dwell Inspect went out of his way to schedule an additional slot in his day to inspect my condo unit. With our quick close deadline, this was extremely helpful in keeping things moving. It was extremely generous of him to take this extra time, and I could tell he was customer service oriented
Sean was great! He has an extremely strong attention to detail and knows what he's talking about. He was thorough and provided us with a very robust report including pictures, descriptions, and recommendations. He answered all of our questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. He also gave us a very thoughtful "Home" sign at the end and said, "welcome to your new home" which I thought was a very warm and classy touch. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a detailed inspection. Thank you!
First, Lindsay is warm and kind, I really enjoyed communicating with her. Before and during the walk through, Richard was incredibly patient, professional and efficient.
We are coming up on our 11 month inspection with our builder. Our neighbor suggested we use Dwell Inspect so we would get an honest review. Richard was even earlier than the appointment time, we loved that. He was very professional and crawled through the entire house front to back up and down. We did have a concern about the electrical box because 2 different 220 circuit breakers failed during our 11 months. Found out that the house is in great shape building wise. I was able to schedule on a really tight turnaround, which I needed for my short closing period! My inspector, Richard, took a lot of time to explain everything to me that I would be seeing on the inspection report and showing me everything I would need to know. He was really knowledgeable and patient and gave information I wouldn't have even thought to ask as a first time gone buyer!
These guys were super helpful and the report was well written out so that we could understand everything. We will continue to use them for future inspections whenever we need to use one.
