Dickey took time to answer all of our questions and was very thorough. The report was delivered quickly and everyone was very professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspection!
I used Dwell Inspect Arizona for a recent home buying inspection. I also used the associated termite inspection at the same time. Sean was very professional and thorough when explaining his findings. He used layman's terms and made it easy to understand and comprehend. He walked me and my realtor through the entire property and explained what he found. I definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them in the future.

The Dwell Inspect AZ team of Sean and Richard arrived on time inspected everything in our, to be purchased, 6th/7th floor condo in Phoenix and upon completion walked us through everything they found that might or should need attention from the seller. That evening we received a thorough multi page report detailing everything they had pointed out to us earlier that day. Very helpful was the two page concise of the issues they found. We could not have been happier with the inspection and the followup report!

Sean and his team were prompt, hard working and courteous. They took time to explain to me what they were doing while I was on site and answered any and all of my questions the day of the inspection. I needed information from something on the roof and Sean went back up to get it for me. I appreciate this kind of "above and beyond" service.
