Horrible I reserved 2 beds and ended up with a king size because they overbooked. First night did not sleep due to being bite by bedbugs.. Next day told front desk and was moved to another king room (handicap room) smelled like urine. Was moved to another king room when i was told that i would be moved to a 2 bed room. It was awful!!! if you need a place for a night no hot tub. pool was dirty. bed uncomfortable in the city I needed. by a Walmart and reaturaunt
Buena estancia con una primera impresión muy mala, reconocimiento al personal por su buen trato pero la experiencia desc L atención en recepción fue muy buena incluso nos adelantaron un poco el checking en una habitación que se supone recién habían aseado. Justo al abrir la puerta estaba un cucaracha grande “adornando el piso y dando la bienvenida” le hablamos a la camarera y simplemente la tomó con La mano y la saco. Met needs for a place to stay a night during a road trip but was disappointing No water, fruit was bruised Not much
Wish it was a better experience. But I guess u get what you pay for. Kids were excited to go to the pool , but pool was extremely dirty so I did not let them get in. We also encountered a skunk in the pool area when we went to check it out . On another note we could hear everything above us due to the room we were issued. They kept running and running all night above us when we were trying to sleep. Room was decent for the price. Ac was nice and cold.
Needs lots of improvements It was falling apart from the foundation to the security fencing. The landscaping was overgrown and dead. Maid service only upon request. Pool closed until further notice, but no explanation as to why. The staff was friendly.
Disappointing No hot water when trying to shower and ceilings dirty especially the vents and windows Convenient
Stay was disappointing. AC was generating loud noise throughout stay. could not sleep. Visit consistently.
Bad I asked for a 2 queens they gave me 9ne queen bed, they didn't clean our room Staff was good
