This room had stuff all over the floor and the key from the last person here was still in room Girl in front was very nice It was t clean
buen hotel No me devolvieron el dinero del cargo de la tarjeta, al llegar pague en efectivo, cuando llame para solicitar la devolución y hablaba en español me colgaron no solo en una, si no como 5 veces, tuve que solicitar la devolución a las 3 semanas al banco y de esa manera me lo devolvieron. They need to get rid of the horrid smell, get more comfortable beds and fix the hot water situation The room smelled like a mixture of urine and mold. The beds were hard and springy. The pillows were stained. The floors in the room were sticky. The hallway smelled rough and felt muggy. The water in the shower didn’t get hot enough. Disappointing
Fair On the website it could've said that this building is being remodel. The carpet was torn in the room. The orange and apple juice machine was out. Didn't eat breakfast because there was no hot food left in the containers. The location is near the interstate. Food places and Walmart in walking distance.
Very disappointed with our stay. Entrance to room was sticky. I had to clean it and it was filthy. The toilet had urine stains and pubic hair. The remote was missing to the tv and we had to unplug it to turn it off. In addition, a baby bottle from previous guests was found behind the tv. I advised the front desk but they never sent anyone to clean up. It should be noted that the room smelled like cleaning products but it was by no means clean. Proximity to event I was attending.
It was ok for a place to sleep but not pleased at all, staff was nice the girls at the counter were friendly but hotel o Pool was dirty and the pool cleaner was not in that day so we couldnt use the pool. Sheets had small blood stains on one of the corners small but still made us uncomfortable. It was close to the park we visited
