Everything was good except a near knockwd down web sweep was left laying on patio
The person (Reno) who came out was very personable and helpful. He returned as scheduled, removed the trapped rat and set up another appointment. At present I still have rat(s) but am unable to catch them and am unable to set a trap where I hear them. I look forward to the next visit with hopes of successfully removing/eliminating them.
All was great except no one informed me that I had to make an appointment with the gas company to get my service turned back on. I was 3 days without gas.

The best thing was the Inspectors - they know "their stuff", patient in explaining to me the whats and the hows. Secondly, the staff sent out to deal with my problem was also professional and courteous. However, I am not happy with the subcontractor Ecola used for termite treatment - they were rough, not professional, and does not do a good 'retreat' - meaning in removing tent and cleaning up. You guys have been great over the years but I'm tired of seeing the 'The Termite Lady's' face on everything Ecola, i.e. trucks, banners, advertisements, website, emails, etc.
Fine customer service and technicians. Ecola walks the talk and walk. Forget about tenting. Mitigate as termites show up. All three houses we own were serviced by Ecola and all still standing. Thank you Ecola.
I'm a realtor and I used your service as the homeowner already was current customer. The communication between myself and your company was not the best.
