What experience no one has been here since 10/14/14.
Late arrival. Did not receive a call. Technician very courteous.
The exterminator came out twice to rid us of our indoor ant problem. While he explained that he was only spraying on the outside and it should keep the ants out of the inside, it simply didn't work. The problem is worse than ever. I have to wonder if maybe the outside spray forced the ants inside? They are even crawling on us in our beds now, even though we are more diligent than ever of keeping food off the counters and put away. What a shame.
I have limited time; it was fine.
For a couple of weeks following the Ecola service for bedbugs, we saw no bedbugs. A little more than two weeks later, we began to see some bedbugs and began to see bites on our bodies. We were told this is normal. We are scheduled for a respray on 5/20/15 which we understand should help with this. Following this respray, we will call for second respray in about 10 days following the first respray. Hopefully this will finish taking care of our bedbug problem
Hi, We had our house fumigated on 3/31/15. I would like to say that things went smoothly, but I feel honesty is the best policy here. The lead guy (seemingly) for Coastal Fumigation was Robert. As we walked through the house, I asked him to leave a bunch of items that were removed from the refrigerator in the sink. let me see..so far in the last year I have paid you $700.00 F0R SUBT, TERMITES,$250.00 for termite insurance,$2000.00 for borax treatment..whoo-wee,these little critters are hugely expensive..anyway Richard,the inspector was very thorough..see you on the 11 th.. richard
Last year your manager came in and spent hours treating attic. Your new guy comes in and says whole house should be tented. To me it says he didn't research or care. He figured dollars instead of customer. If they don't want to learn service then tell them to work at McDonalds.
two years ago we had Ecola treatment for termites and we understood that the treatment (heat) would end the problem and that every two years an inspection would be done to make sure...on the two year inspection we found out there were more termites and that was treated. However, a borax spraying was recommended to end the problem forever and-----we would have liked to have that told to us the first time! It kind of feels like we were misled somewhat in that now we are facing a couple of thousand more dollars to do the bora... read more
