I paid $2200 for termite work in August 2017. Around July 2019, I noticed evidence of termites where the last work was completed. However, I didn't realize at the time that the two year warranty expired by the time I reported it to Ecola in Sept. 2019. I asked Ecola, as a good will gesture to honor the warranty, but they refused. I don't think this is a company I want to do business with anymore.
Dry termites disappeared after the treatment of Ecola Pests Control I will highly recommended this Company for pests problem
They were fast. They were stomping around on the roof. I don’t think they were careful. It already cost us $4,000 for a new half of a roof because another company broke tiles. I don’t know if any tiles were broken. They didn’t say, but if they are, the roof will leak and cause damage like what happened with the other company. Also some one got in our refrigerator and took a beer. I didn’t like that either. That is theft. It makes me wonder if they took something else.
The workers arrived 1 1/2 early. The inspector only found what I showed him, yet there was about 80 to 85% damage on the balcony; I was told holes that they made would be covered, so far I have seen 2 small holes, but because the workers did not do the holes that I can see, I am wondering if there are more holes that I can't see. Also, I was not told that I had an option of tenting the whole house, so that it would take care of everything. We have a yearly inspection for two houses and Ecola does a thorough job checking for signs of infestation. If something arises during the year they are very prompt in taking care of any problems.
The inspector told me that there were some minor infestation area that he treated and all was fine. In the written report all is not fine. He recommended that repairs be done to the sheathing in several places, that beetles had damaged wood in the garage that could be looked at. I was here when this inspection was done and asked questions. The report states that holes were made so treatment could be sprayed in. Yeah you guys just showed up and yr guy did the front of our house without permission. We need the backyard done and not until the rain is over.
Knocked out working termites in our wood ceiling with your e-gun. No evidence of new infiltration to date. Assisted by Luis (Louie). Not listed below.
