Wonderful people from the people on the phone to the service men doing the work. Everybody is professional and very friendly and kind. I've used Ecola for years and have never been disappointed.

Your technician, Omari, was very professional and courteous. You responded to my request for an appointment within one day of calling and scheduled the appointment within a week of my calling, which was excellent.
I am on annual service and the inspector was very thorough and professional as were the two that did the repairs. However as the price has increased to $275. I am not sure that I will keep on with the program especially when I can get a free termite inspection from other companies.
James Johnson did the initial inspection on my home in 2008 and he has done most of the annual inspections since then. I have been very happy with the results from all of my interactions with Ecola personnel over the past seven years. I have had some instances where I noted evidence of termite activity between annual inspections and Ecola (James Johnson) has reacted almost immediately every time and inspected/treated the suspect areas with no hesitation and no additional charge.
