We have been using both their termite and pest control for serveral years now. Our termite problem was extreme enough where we had to tent but for our ant problem we have been able to use non-pesticide treatments very effectively. Our main pest control technician, Dennis, is very professional and does an ecellent job on our monthly pest control service. All the other technicians for both the pest and termite control have been great. I would highly recommend Ecloa and their services.
Customer service is great and job was done expeditiously, neatly and courteously. listened to our concerns of chemicals used and they explained options to traditional termite treatment.
Errors in Billing multiple time at least 5 times
For the past three years, every single time I have an appointment with Ecola they either call me back the day before or the day of to reschedule - NOT acceptable. That’s twice a year – once for inspection, once for treatment
Listened to the location description of termite activity, looked at and evaluated the location, treated a ceiling area.
I still have ants....that is the reason I have this service
Technician did not come at scheduled time, waited for nothing . I demand better customer service to continue with the company.
My house was inspected and I received an inspection report. I noticed one of the infested spots was not mentioned in the report. I telephoned and left a message to be contacted about the discrepancy on Friday 13 Nov, Monday 16 Nov and Tue 17 Nov. Very unprofessional as far as I am concerned. Each time I called, the phone rang until I was asked to leave a message.
Your scheduling is bad and the man doing the work had no idea what I contracted for.
