Always great service from Ecola. Techs have always arrived within the designated window and are courteous and knowledgeable.
The inspector was on time, explained everything he needed to do, was respectful and very nice and polite. He answered my questions to my satisfaction.
I have had Ecola inspect and treat my home for termites for over 3 years now and it is a great way to keep these pests under control. I initially needed extensive heat treatment and enrolled in the annual inspection plan after that and have not had any issues with termites again. The men are polite and well equipped to do their job and I have recommended the treatment to many friends. There is no tenting or poison involved and that was the most appealing thing to me.

He was our technician at our old house and I asked if he would be servicing our new place and he was:) We have been very happy that he spends the time necessary to get the job done, remove spider webs and not leave a wet mess behind. Plus, we like the new smell of the kid/pet friendly spray!
