The entire experience with Ecola was exceptional. The office staff was so courteous and explained everthing and set up an inspection. Ben, the inspector, was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and his findings and provided suggestions for things we can do to help prevent future infestations. Ecola uses an herb based formula, which I prefer because of the animals inside (cats) and outside (wildlife) my home. This provides a barrier from 'pests' getting into my home, while not killing them, so they can do their jobs in my garden, outside my home. Dennis is always very professional, friendly & efficient. i feel like a valued customer because of Dennis.
Had a small infestation in a wall next to a sliding door. Tech came out and sprayed foam in the wall, so far no more evidence of termites. Tech was excellent and cleaned up any mess from drilling in the wall. Great job.
