I am pleased with the service.
The gentleman who did the inspection was the most thorough of all the inspectors that I have had in the 48 years since we purchased our home. The chemical used was specific to the termites so I was able to safely return my pet bird to its usual place adjacent to a treated area within an hour. All the employees that I had contact with were cordial and prompt. I am very happy with the service and plan to use them again.
The Termite inspection and the follow up with the treatment was very good. The guys found areas in the house that had bugs we wouldn't have found. They were did their work and did not disturb a single thing.
They were professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.
Our Service man, Seth is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Reminder emails from the company are helpful and calling to schedule an appointment is simple. We are very pleased to have chosen Ecola for all of our pest control needs.

I felt the treatment was not done very professionally. In previous treatments, a pressure hose is used to treat the inaccessible areas. This time, only a small pressure container was used. I did mention this issue to your employee, he said that it was not specified in the instruction to use the pressure hose. I have been in my attic and I know that there are areas not accessible where a pressure hose would be the best choice to treat those areas. .
Called and you got Joe here quickly. Love having the same service person every time and therefore knows the house and the trouble spots!
