I am very happy with the control service warranty. Anthony came and treated the areas that had termite activity. It is nice to know that I can call anytime I have concerns about pest control.

Joe's the best! He's really thorough and knowledgeable, very courteous and likeable. We're always happy when he's the one who comes to our house to check for termites. This is not to say that we've been displeased with any of your employees. They're all good. We just have most confidence in Joe.
Although we really like and appreciate our very knowledgeable service professional Omari, we really wish Heidelberg’s not have to come out! Next step is tenting bit it will have to wait till current health issue is not the main concern.
