Got the job done quickly- no more rats!
Our scheduled appointment was canceled due to an employee not showing up. However, Ecola did not call us, we had to call them when the service person did not arrive. After requesting a call back several times, I was finally contacted by a field supervisor who was very nice but the flying termite problem was not resolved. This is your second request to u about your 'work' at 536 Weymouth, Cambria, CA. Once again, we have not seen a report on what you did there. How can we reply ? We do not know "How You Did" !!!

We really do not know just what you found as we have not seen a report. Funny that we should receive this 'review' request before anything else. SO, now what ?
The inspection was like 5 minutes. The termite inspector never even notify us he had left.
Fernando treated our bedroom window frame, where termites had left several holes.
After the initial treatment, I found two areas where there was evidence of termite activity. I called Ecola and they sent someone out within just a few days to do spot treatments.
