I called three times because there were termite dropings ane they responded effectively.
On time to the service call. Rats and mice no longer getting into the house. The outside spraying has stop the ants from getting into our house.
Appt was scheduled for today 9/20/21 between 1 to 3. Received message this am that the person that was suppose to come did not come to work today so they would let me know who was coming. I called number on website and message said this was not a work day. Called the number that left the message they said they would get back to me regarding my appt. today. It is 4:42 heard nothing. Errors in Billing multiple time at least 5 times

Service rep did not try to sell me some bs plan or treatment. He explained my beat option, and said if i changed my mind or had more questions, to just call back for a visit
For the past three years, every single time I have an appointment with Ecola they either call me back the day before or the day of to reschedule - NOT acceptable. That’s twice a year – once for inspection, once for treatment
Have not seen any bug droppings since
