Service was cancelled on 2/28 by ECOLA. Technician called in sick. We rescheduled for 4/18.
3 star only because I ask for an escrow report and the service came out inspected, did a follow up treatment, but I did not receive an escrow report as yet. However, the service personnel left paper work basically saying the treatment had been done. My question is, " is this suppose to be the escrow report?
Board of Directors was not fully satisfied with service. Management was not made aware of schedule date therefore the unit owners were not prepared or given notice on when they would need to be let into the unit for service. Emailed a rep to get rescheduled and still not resolved. When the tech did enter one of the units (that happen to be a board member) he asked if anything had been seen and when the homeowner said not that she was aware of, he was about to leave. Have had subteranian termite problem for last three or four years. Problem has not been resolved. This last time a few weeks ago thier trying a new chemical. I hope this works, i feel like i am paying for nothing. After this time i would hope they would have problem solved. The people are very helpful and nice but at this point i don't know if they know what there doing, this is the last try with you if happens again i will probably go somewhere else and leave reviews and tell other people accordingly.
Problem was not addressed. Despite live termites being identified on the second floor balcony and the wood removed by our contractor the underlying wood structure was not treated by the Ecola rep. that we called out. (The following day we had a general insect treatment scheduled and this rep did spray treat the wood from ground level.) No investigation was made under the house to make sure that subterranean termites are not also present. I haven't called Ecola in three years. Now they keep calling and sending emails wanting to know how they did. I have never seen such an unorganized company. I keep calling them but it goes in deaf ears. I can just imagine their record keeping. Glad I never hired them.
I don't know why you are asking for feedback since I have never used your services!
Lot's of treatment options but technician seemed to be in a rush.
