The service was fine once I got it. However, I did not appreciate receiving an Invoice before the service was rendered.
After I called to report some evidence of termites I was told that they would not treat that area again. I finally talked to a supervisor and they helped with the situation and someone came out. They treated the area again but he wasn't happy with the result. I had to ask them about other methods like the heat/electric gun treatment. He did treat the area. Since the termites are in areas that are hard to be treated I had someone come out and give me a price on tenting our home. They gave me a price of $3800 which sounded h... read more

It really works!!!
I have had a consistent ant problem and whatever treatment is being used is not working. In addition, I had a rat problem and after several visits to my home the rats are still here.
Your technicians were polite and understanding of my desire to avoid toxic materials due to my wife's medical history which includes leukemia and a weak immune system. There have been no ants but a cockroach every other day since spraying. I will monitor and let you know if the roaches continue. Thanks, Arnold C. Frankenberger.
My one complaint is that we don't hear back from Ecola when someone comes to inspect or do work and says that someone will be contacting us to finish. This happened twice this year: after the inspection, when someone needed to come to treatment, and again when the person who came to do the treatment was not able to fit into the area and said they would have to send someone smaller. Hello, The technicians are polite and kind. However, $2,200.00 later I "still" have a rat infestation and an extremely severe "mite" infestation. There was a 30 day guarantee on the service invoice. So, I hope that you continue to try and rid me of this nightmare! Thank you, Suzanne
They came, they found termites, they came back and sprayed- hopefully the termites are gone.
