For a couple of weeks following the Ecola service for bedbugs, we saw no bedbugs. A little more than two weeks later, we began to see some bedbugs and began to see bites on our bodies. We were told this is normal. We are scheduled for a respray on 5/20/15 which we understand should help with this. Following this respray, we will call for second respray in about 10 days following the first respray. Hopefully this will finish taking care of our bedbug problem
Never got my annual report - technicians did not get into all areas of the property and said they would come back - they never did. I have a horrible infestation and I made an appt for treatment and the technician never showed up. I dread working with these people each year and am going to recommend to my HOA to change termite service providers.
Hi, We had our house fumigated on 3/31/15. I would like to say that things went smoothly, but I feel honesty is the best policy here. The lead guy (seemingly) for Coastal Fumigation was Robert. As we walked through the house, I asked him to leave a bunch of items that were removed from the refrigerator in the sink. We were not pleased that we had to sign a multi-spraying contract rather than being able to just spray as needed.

let me see..so far in the last year I have paid you $700.00 F0R SUBT, TERMITES,$250.00 for termite insurance,$2000.00 for borax treatment..whoo-wee,these little critters are hugely expensive..anyway Richard,the inspector was very thorough..see you on the 11 th.. richard
I have been enchanted with the electrical zapper to find termites. It was wonderful the first time you came out for an area inside my house. When I called for a new spot to be treated in a doorway leading outside, I was very disappointed that the technician did not even have it in his truck. I asked him after her treated the area with a liquid if he could come back and make sure we got all of them in the vicinity. He stated he would return in a few days and I have not heard from him yet. service was good. Wish you can give me a referral to a wood repair contractor. You have became very expensive. Your office said minimal charge was $7.5 per linear feet. Your office say it will honor my coupon of $100 on home improvement guide. my perimeter is 197 linear feet. (197 x 7.5= $1478) less coupon should be $1378. You are charging me 1650 with coupon which is 1750. $1750/197 = $8.90 per linear feet. Industry standard is $7.5 to $8 per linear feet. I will be more careful next time.
