What experience no one has been here since 10/14/14.

Late arrival. Did not receive a call. Technician very courteous.
Your technicians arrived on time and were very courteous. The area of termite droppings was treated about 9 months ago with your electrogun. Your technician explained to me the use of the electrogun and I was satisfied that it was a good approach. Unfortunately, he treated using only bait. When I asked why he did not also use the electrogun, he said that he did not have it with him and the customer needed to request it. I was taken back, because how would I know what is needed?
It has been a long long time between house visits--it might be that your company has expanded quite rapidly which has caused the long responses to house visits. Our house was permeated with the foul odor of dead rats that were left for days in the traps --

The exterminator came out twice to rid us of our indoor ant problem. While he explained that he was only spraying on the outside and it should keep the ants out of the inside, it simply didn't work. The problem is worse than ever. I have to wonder if maybe the outside spray forced the ants inside? They are even crawling on us in our beds now, even though we are more diligent than ever of keeping food off the counters and put away. What a shame.

Ecola had the only inspector who checked the eaves (out of 3). You got the job.
Richard came to do the inspection. He seemed to be much more thorough than the man who came last year. (More about him later) He discovered the termites in one part of the attic were active again and swarming. He treated that area. He also found them in a more difficult to access area and said because of "liability" he could not treat them because they were near some pipes (water and gas).
