I have a handicapped husband and leaving the house is difficult, I wish there were a way to minimize carpet beetles, spiders and silver fish, without having to leave home. I do note we still have silver fish after the last spraying, the one for which we had to leave. Sylvia Fedak
I find it very annoying that once I have scheduled service, I get a telephone recording asking me to call to set up a service date. Then once I have service, I get a phone recording, (within days of service) saying to schedule my monthly service. You need to get everything together instead of wasting valuable time with these telephone calls. This happens all the time! It shows that the business practice and/or routine is very, very flawed. I rate my service by the technician as excellent but office service as Bad.
I know there was some treatment for termites at the house I own, now a rental. I haven't received any communication to date about the extent of the infestation, what measures were taken, if anything else needs follow up. I would appreciate a contact from you, so the renter doesn't need to be involved. However, we did appreciate having our contract extended and the personal attention from a staff member to get us reinstated.
Last year your manager came in and spent hours treating attic. Your new guy comes in and says whole house should be tented. To me it says he didn't research or care. He figured dollars instead of customer. If they don't want to learn service then tell them to work at McDonalds.
Your accounting department needs help. I received the exact 2 bills on one day and the next Day received another bill the same as the day before. They were not over due. The service Was just done a few days before.
What services? We haven't called for our inspection and won't for a few weeks. This call for feedback on services we haven't received is typical of your administrative ineptitude. We're have always found Wes and our termite inspections to be first rate. Your WEB site was never very good and has deteriorated. What ever happened to the ability to sign-in?
two years ago we had Ecola treatment for termites and we understood that the treatment (heat) would end the problem and that every two years an inspection would be done to make sure...on the two year inspection we found out there were more termites and that was treated. However, a borax spraying was recommended to end the problem forever and-----we would have liked to have that told to us the first time! My heating ducts were melted and I have been waiting for over a month for Denis to call my son (because he has been up in the actic and is a contractor) I have called back and still no call. When I return from my trip I am going to take action.
I don't even know where to start... Ecola's actual services are fine, but you guys are a hot mess as a company. There have been errors (on Ecola's part) literally EVERY time we've had a service--either scheduling (not showing up when they're supposed to, or showing up when they're NOT supposed to!) or in billing, which has been a nightmare. I spoke with someone "in management" who PROMISED that they would deliver, but of course no one showed up during the 8-10 AM window I had on Monday--instead, they rolled in at 12:59 PM.
