The service guys were great. I had contractors painting my house, and although we kept finding termites in rotten wood, which required lots of visits, I appreciated how quickly you guys came out each time. Now that the painting is done and the rotten wood has been removed, I hope I don't see you guys again for a LONG time! :-)
I have had an Ecola service contract for a number of years. The inspector this time, was MUCH more thorough, and made recommendations I wish I had been given when my initial inspection was done long ago. I probably wouldn't have incurred some of the damage that this inspector found.
Richard was very friendly! This was the first time he had inspected our home, as we'd never met him before. He even came in the house, which was also a first. We were a bit uncomfortable with that, since Santa Maria has quite a few burglaries, we don't ordinarily have people we don't know in our home. But, otherwise, it went well. Also, he put the inspection sticker on our hot water tank, also, another first, as your inspectors don't usually put a sticker on our home anywhere! Good morning, crew showed up on time I was told, very friendly and took no time and they were gone. When they returned, were very quiet, took tent down and cleaned up in short time. No damage of any kind to roof, yard or fencing. Thanks again, very happy with service. Regards
They were on time. Arrived during the time period they said they would be here. Very professional. Had all the equipment they needed. Experienced. Got right to work. When finished they cleaned up quickly and left.
