We were very pleased with Ecola. The appointment was kept on time and efficiently performed. Everything was explained before any work was done. They cleaned up when finished. I have already recommended Ecola to other people.
Very pleased with termite work you've done
I used them for a home sale termite service because KKLA has been advertising them for years. When Mark the estimator came out, I knew that Ecola was an ethical and competent business. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We had an excellent experience with Ecola tenting our house for termites. Many thanks to Kevin (salesperson), who was available by phone at all times if we had questions, and who guided us through the preparations (how to clear the house, bag the food, etc.). The crew left our home clean and termite-free (so far, so good). We're very happy customers - thanks !

My experience could not have been better. I wanted environmentaly friendly. I wanted a warranty. I wanted a fair price. I did not want to tent. Everything was delivered by excellent employees! I am thrilled! This is exactly the experience everyone should have getting rid of termites. Easy, easy. ECOLA is a blessing. The real deal!
She was here maybe 5mins.Did not go into the back yard or inside down stairs.
I waited for hours for Lorna to show up and she never did. She did not even show me the courtesy of a phone call. This is very poor service and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I regret having every signed up for Ecola.
Whenever we see signs of termites we just give Ecola a call and they set up an appointment to take care of the problem
