There may have been spraying outside but I think it chased them into the house. Higher amount of spiders and cobwebs since the visit.

The work is still not complete. I have an appointment for Friday to finish spraying in the garage. I have a concern about what the inspector told us needed to be done and the amount of time it would take. It turns out it took less than 1/4 the time he projected. I would think then, that we overpaid for the service. Other than that, the inspection was much more in depth than what another company had done.

Richard came to do the inspection. He seemed to be much more thorough than the man who came last year. (More about him later) He discovered the termites in one part of the attic were active again and swarming. He treated that area. He also found them in a more difficult to access area and said because of "liability" he could not treat them because they were near some pipes (water and gas).
