Our scheduled appointment was canceled due to an employee not showing up. However, Ecola did not call us, we had to call them when the service person did not arrive. After requesting a call back several times, I was finally contacted by a field supervisor who was very nice but the flying termite problem was not resolved. The appointment for our inspection was totally missed. We received a phone call saying they would be late but then nobody showed up. We thought we would get another phone call to reschedule, but no one called. After about 4 days we called and they were totally oblivious as to what had happened. We made another appointment which was honored, Then an appointment for treatment was made. Our time slot was supposed to be between 1:00 and 3:00. 1) Lorna, the inspector, never made it clear to me whether there were any problems or not. 2) The "Inspection Report' describes no concerns; in fact, it describes nothing about the inspection. 3) When we called the office with concerns, we were assured that we'd get a call back. That's a week ago and we haven't heard a word
