from the first day, I encountered your technician, mark haack, who is no longer with you. I have nothing but good things things to say wonderful tech. since mark angel came along with Daniel and victor who are the most wonderful techs. and last but not least gilbert, I must give him kudos, because he was an excellent tech in his specialty. all of these individuals are truly assets to your company.

I have used Econo West for over 20 yrs. Their employees are always respectful, and really care about the job they do. Angel, his brother Daniel, Gilbert were especially helpful on this latest repair and install.

All I can really say about this place is it is hands down by far, the best plumbing service I have ever used, and trust me, over the years I have unfortunately used many. From the moment I called, I received nothing but professional, courteous, prompt service. I would say that Jeremy, the plumber that came out to the disaster at my house, went above and beyond his duty for me, he was just awesome, and I really appreciate it. As with every visit, your personnel are courteous and professional. We receive a call on March 30, 2015 asking to switch to the afternoon availability, which was not a problem. An the technician who came out called Greg a little after 12 noon apologizing for being late and Greg let him know he was not late because we were scheduled for the 12-4 pm time.
