from the first day, I encountered your technician, mark haack, who is no longer with you. I have nothing but good things things to say wonderful tech. since mark angel came along with Daniel and victor who are the most wonderful techs. and last but not least gilbert, I must give him kudos, because he was an excellent tech in his specialty. all of these individuals are truly assets to your company.

I have used Econo West for over 20 yrs. Their employees are always respectful, and really care about the job they do. Angel, his brother Daniel, Gilbert were especially helpful on this latest repair and install.

Guillermo was great. He was on time, courteous and very patient with all my questions. I will be calling Econwest for my heating and air issues.

My husband and I could not be more happy with the wonderful service we received from Angel and Daniel. They are truly an asset to your company - courteous, interesting to talk to, reliable and last but not least was fun having lunch with them and just talking about so many interesting topics. Thanks for being there for all of us. Tom and Carolyn Ewens

As with every visit, your personnel are courteous and professional. We receive a call on March 30, 2015 asking to switch to the afternoon availability, which was not a problem. An the technician who came out called Greg a little after 12 noon apologizing for being late and Greg let him know he was not late because we were scheduled for the 12-4 pm time. The service is always been excellent and every one we deal with, whether making an appointment or dealing with the service person are always very nice and professional. Have ... read more
