I've been a customer of Econo-West for over 15 years and have never had a bad moment or concern about the quality of product, professionalism or workmanship I received. This, my latest experience was no different. The tech (Geoff) was very knowledgeable and covered all my questions and concerns. His subsequent work installing my new A/C was unquestionably the most conscientious, thorough and expert I've ever experienced. Econo-West, from quote to the finished product was outstanding.

Jeremie and helper quickly and efficiently installed our tankless water heater and hauled away our old conventional heater. They were clean and left with their work looking professional. In addition, they made sure everything worked as expected when they turned on the house water, including helping to shut off sprinklers that inexplicably turned on. Jeremie even offered to stop back to explain the new heater when we were both home.

Technician by the name of Jeff came by today. One of the most professional, friendly and great attitude I have ever seen in any in house repair man. When he introduced himself. I could tell right away this would be an awesome visit. Just wanted to say thanks and keep up the good work. It's employees like Jeff that will keep these reviews coming in from people he has visited.
