The service department was horrible. Had a recall that stated it would take an hour to get done. however when got there the rep stated two hours, that was fine. However, three and half hours later the car is not completed. Went to see what was taking so long and the rep said it can take up to 5 and half hour in a snotty voice. I was like wow its not an engine replacement. Talked to the GM and he stated the same thing that it would only take that long if it was a replacement for a new engine.

Bought a car a few years back, got totally ripped off on it. Recently traded it in, thank god.. I’m still waiting on my refunds for my gap insurance and my extended warranty (which Randy said would take 4-6 weeks) Well... it’s been over 6 weeks!! When I call he doesn’t really care to answer my questions. This dealership only cares about your money.

The people that work here are friendly but waited 2 hours for an oil change and we even had an appointment.
I had to take my Jeep in due to the tire pressure system needing service. All was well when I left the dealership. After about 10 minutes the warning light came back on so it’s going back in tomorrow.
after looking at 2019 rebel I had Sam get me an idea of what my trade in was worth after sitting for an hour. I asked for what rebates were offered trade in value. he says give him a min he needs more info. I told him 3 times do not run my credit I already have loan lined up. comes back 15 min later with credit report. I voiced my opinion. will never return contacted my lawyer and will handle it from there
I just got out of a lease with Chrysler on my Ram 1500 and they charged me $400 to not renew my lease. Basically I paid $400 to give them the truck back. WTF right? Then they have the audacity to send me a bill for “excess damages” when the truck was in excellent condition beyond normal wear and I even detailed it before turning it in. Buyer beware!
