I have to say the salesmen I have delt with have been great we really like Nick. As for the service dept. I have never had a good experience. Oil changes take forever even with am appointment. My car was in three times before they figured it was the starter. This last time my husband was there with his truck for recalls which is an inconvience but you got to get it fixed. While there they said break light was out so we fixed it they never have is a price. When we went to get truck they charged us 32 bucks to change bulb. 5 ... read more

Liars! Told me the Bosch Icon wiper blades installed 9 months ago needed replaced for about $50 or they would fail the PA inspection. They said the wipers left streaks after 5 wipes. I told them to wipe the tree pollen off the blade and try it again. Guess what? They passed!
Had my oil changed and supposedly the dip stick broke, last oil change the wind unit supposedly went bad and they had it for 9 days and the oil change before that they said I needed new tires and I only bought the car from them 5 months prior, they will steal you blind with BS repairs.

Had a 1 o'clock appointment and it's been over 3 hours and they haven't even looked at my car. Apparently it's a 2 hour fix and no work has been done. Really not impressed.
