Please read before purchasing a vehicle from Ed Shults at any location. I purchased my vehicle at Shults in Jamestown and was given this Shults Advantage crap program they have. When the vehicle came up for state inspection, it would be covered under this program I got with the purchase of the car. Vehicle went in and needed a couple items. Outer tie rod and a lugnut. Shit ass place.. once I moved to Ohio I realized how much this place really ripped me off.. it also takes 20 minutes or less for an oil change not 3 hours like they take here. They also have tried to charge people I know 900 dollars for a 10 dollar fix.

First time they didn't have the Truck they claimed to have, drove 1 1/2 hours out of my way for nothing This last Salesman Tim calls me 4 times tells me he can get me in a new leased Ram for same price as I'm paying now but an upgraded model. Had hoped for a much better outcome!! My JEEP was at the service dept on Thursday for an oil change and inspection. It didn't pass - rear axel seal leaking. Part was covered under lifetime powertrain waranty so the service dept ordered the parts and kept JEEP to repair it. Friday I called and they didn't have all the parts they needed so they had to order them. They would get JEEP in on Monday. I called Monday (yesterday) .... still not ready for pickup. I have been very dissatisfied with Ed Shultz of Warren. The service department is rude and terrible. I have had so much trouble with them backing their warranties. I love my Subaru! I will however never take it to the Ed Shultz of Warren service department. When I buy my next Subaru it will not be from here. The salesperson Clay was great. Unfortunately the service department ruins anyones name associated with Ed Shultz of Warren.
