So to give context to what happened. In January we got an oil change right after it started ticking on the driver's side. I mean right after. I've called 5 times since and I got oh it will be fine after your next oil change nothing happened here. Fast forward to today. Get that magical oil change and guess what is still ticking now they want $150 an hour and a full day to see what's wrong with it. Ashlee, I’m sorry to hear you are upset with our service. Looking at your records, I see you have done four oil change/multi point inspections with us, about every 10,000 miles. We typically recommend closer to 4,000 mile intervals in our area. A noise from the engine could indicate wear or damage, but at 85,000 miles, we would generally need to at least partially tear down the engine to tell for sure.
