It’s a good thing I caught the service millennial before he drove off I was in the restroom when he showed up I went to open the door and saw a tag that read “ we serviced your home” BULLSHIT! For the past two services, items that were asked and specified to be completed were not taken care of. Bait stations were left empty, and other items not cared for. Recently the provider left doors and gates in our back yard open, which we have a dog and could have easily ran out had I not noticed the issue before hand. Lastly I have not been receiving notifications that service is about to be performed so was surprised that they called early Saturday morning to let me know they were 30 minutes out.
There was no attempt for the service technician to spray in my home, I should see bugs crawling on the house, and I was forced into a two year contract that I want out of. Cheap service for the price o have to pay!
I don't think he checked the bait station in the shed attached to my house or the two others outside. He did put a new one in the shed in the yard though.
I told the service tech when he called about his arrival time that there was a sticky mouse trap by the front step that needed to be emptied & several others inside that needed to be checked. The full on by the step is still there with the mouse carcass still in it.
