Jeremy and Devon were very thorough and checked all bait boxes, and blocked any possible openings into the house that had not been previously blocked. They disposed of a dead mouse in the trap behind our stove that we discovered when they were at our house. Because this has been an ongoing issue for the past two years, and we hope that now it has been finally resolved, we would like to receive a credit on our bill. The service people knew I wasn't home because they called and I called them back when I left the doctor. I told them I had mice and the maid was there to let them in. I do not like that appts are not made ahead of time anymore... they just show up and I am done with that. Then, worst of all they , knowing I have dogs, LEFT THE GATE OPEN. One of my dogs got out...fortunately the maid saw him in the street and was able to get him in before he was hit by a car!!! YOU ARE FIRED!!!!
I have been watching and not a lot of spiders until today. That is when I saw one race into my bathroom. I hate them bad enough I was able to kill it.

Together we were able to flush the mouse from under the frig to behind a cabinet that had sticky tape on both entry points. More like hunting. Hopefully that’s the last mouse!

We have a problem with lumps in the back yard and wanted a solution from Edge! The tech was respectful but had No idea what was causing our problem. After the bug service was installed around the home he left and told us someone investigat and would call back! Nobody from Edge called back so 2-3 days later I called them again.
