Great service and amazing food. Red sangria is the way to go. The tasting menu is worth it.
Great hole in the wall away from the Vegas strip. We tried the tasting menu and it was totally worth it. Good wine and cocktail selection.

We ate at Edo for the first time. Loved Robert the sommelier. He gave us a gorgeous glass of cava and made me the best fruit forward Moscow mule I have ever had. We ordered most everything on the menu AND the tasting menu. The food was outstanding. The one item I was unsure of was the sous vide egg in soup. Loved the yolk but found the texture of the other items in the soup challenging. But that’s why you want to do the tasting! Be challenged! Will definitely eat here every time we visit. Much aloha!!
We really enjoyed the Chef’s selection. It was fun to have someone decide for us because it was our first time there. We will definitely go again.
EDO is one of my favourite restaurants not only in Las Vegas but anywhere. The food is second to none and is served a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The tasting menus are excellent and offer a wide diversity of dishes appealing to every palate. It is a short 10 minute Uber ride off the Strip but absolutely worth the effort. You won't be disappointed.
Phenomenal dinner! Every bite was an explosion of flavor and the service was 5 stars. We can not wait to go back here to eat again.
EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine is an excellent dining experience...the food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and they have a very good wine selection...our favorite bite is the uni risotto with octopus...would recommend to make a reservation and would recommend EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine to anyone and everyone
We love this place! We come here for their tasting menu! And their cocktails, wow! It's just an amazing experience!
