This place is so amazing and doesn’t disappoint. It’s hard to pick a favorite but the Bikini and the Filet stir fry stand out.
Delicious flavor, I’m from Spain and I’m impressed with the quality, variety and attention to detail of the products they serve. Very friendly staff. Drinks are great too. I love their HH pintxos too, especially the blood sausage. Looking forward to next time at Edo Tapas.
A great surprise at this location. I'd absolutely top notch tasting menu of amazing topis for a very reasonable price. You should go and try the 10 course menu which is only $40. Everything was delicious beautifully made and well served. Every one of our table kept exclaiming as each new dish was tasted. The food hair is as good as you will find at any of the fine hotels on the strip.

This place gives you the best service, Tapas menu is awesome and mouth watering, the cocktails are very good, the staff are brilliant and welcoming. If you ever go to Las Vegas, don't eat Tapas food anywhere on the strip, head to Edo Gastro Tapas and bar for the best food and excellent price. Worth every penny.
The tapas were fantastic and made me yearn to return to Spain. The staff at this property is incredible.

EDO was amazing and had fabulous food! The tapas were wonderfully flavourful and all of the dishes we had were tasty and enjoyable. They are comparable to the ones we had in Madrid last year. Would highly recommend this out-of-the-way restaurant for a special dining experience!
