In looking for another tapas place in Las Vegas, two friends and I stopped into EDO prior to a VGK Game after reading numerous outstanding reviews, as well as reviews from a number of other individuals with Celiac who were able to dine successfully. I was here on my birthday and didn't know what to expect. Everything was great! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and of course the food was delish.
First time at EDO but it won’t be the last. As it was our first time and I wasn’t familiar with the menu, we ordered the Chef Sampler menu, and it was the perfect choice. Everything we tasted was so full of flavor, nicely presented and just the right portion size. I’d recommend the Chefs menu to anyone. The entire experience here is amazing! Robert is a talented and passionate sommelier who helped us make a great wine choice. The tasting menu, is diverse, well designed, and delicious.
What a gastronomic experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the 10-courses tasting menu - great value- you will leave satiated... The service was excellent - they were such friendly & wonderful hosts. It was a very small restaurant - it would be nicer if we had more space to spread out a little BUT please don’t let this stop you from dining here. Definitely my favorite dining experience in Vegas!
